Prepaid gift cards can be used to purchase the membership, but it is possible the issuer of the card will not allow this type of purchase.
There should be a phone number on the back of the card. You can call the number and ask if you are able to use the card for an online purchase like this.

I am trying to get my monthly membership using a CVS gift card, it seems to be locked with my last purchase. Can you clear this so I can purchase another months worth? TY
