you guys, i talked to staff today at flowplay, they are all aware of the fine tuning that needs to be done and are working on thoses fixes as we speak.. i personally have played 2 tournaments, and havent encountered any lag, no freezing, nothing..im sure in a quick period of time these concerns will all be taken care of
The glitching is the last of our complaints. We understand there may be some technical issues. The dissatisfaction comes with the new format. Less than a handful of slots to play, hours between the tournaments, very little options of what you can play… throw in 10 mil and all you get is 100 spins?? And now they’re asking for gems? Really? They need to rethink this “new and improved” format.
I was with you on this one about the crazy high scores but…..I just did a tourny and finished with 280 mil and am stunned ! Two sets of 10 free spins brought insane amounts of millions !! So, I guess it is possible Slick67 but I am still gobsmacked !! lol
Correct me if I’m wrong, but didn’t the previous tournaments have the same waiting time between tournaments? The only difference I really see is the number of open tournaments at this moment. I’m certain that after the initial testing phase this will change though. I’m sure we’ll be seeing many more options in the future, from 10 to 1000 spins, both with coin and gem entry - all mixed together. The Gem Entry is just an additional (and optional) way to play. A premium way to play, you could say too. As it minimizes the number of entries for that tournament, and increases chance to rank higher among less people.
The new and improved tournaments are horrible. I guess VW needs to make money, hence the Gem entry fee. But it’s not just that, the entire format is bad.

Becky, I see no improvement on the new tournament format. I just finished playing three of the tournament games and had to reload the game five times because it completely froze up gave me a message something was wrong, like I didn’t know that. If they improved it I sure don’t see it.
@Slick, sorry that is happening to you. I would suggest you submit a request to VW and let them know about your continued problem. I would take a screenshot of the error message you get and send it with the request. Hope things improve for you.
