# Curious, has anyone who plays solitare notice that there is a discrepancy in coin balance?

starting balance, reported win, expected balance, actual balance, there is a discrepancy of 20m. ?
reluctant to play solitare until I am able to find out what the issue is at this time, noticed this issue yesterday, same issue appears today, reported to VW I was credited back the 20m i was shorted …yesterday THANK YOU VW!!! I find same issue today. I work hard to maintain my coin balance and need confidence that the games accounting is accurate. curious if anyone else is experiencing same issue? I clear all cards deck find that my reported win does not reflect my actual balance-screen shots provided to prove my findings…

according to kittens of doom vw didnt add any addtl coins? she indicated my coin display was desynched from the server and refreshing the game? Well if that be the case it took a few hrs to desynch-doesnt seem normal for a server to take that long , and as i have indicated I shouldnt have to refresh after every game by signing in and out for the server to resynch… Im trying to understand the logic here. If your records show a desync occured and I was not informed of a desync while playing- i would hope that you have logs showing when game started and ended, coins wagered, payouts credited,whether sync event occurred.Server logs for the times my coin balance dropped by approx 20m- or coin not credited properly. I have submitted pics you can clearly see the diff in coin amts. . TY for your time !

Sam, I am still experiencing a shortage in my winnings played one game of soltare. i won 26,542,300. starting coin balance was; 206,954,556,176 i won 26,542,300 my coin balance now should be; 206,981,098,476… my coin balance now says: 206,963,105,766 a diff of 17,992.710 so the game only added 8,549,590, a diff of 17,992,710 is missing from my coin balance, this has been going on since i first mentioned this… The Number the game says i won 26,542,300 is not the number that was actually added to my balance . n my latest game, the win screen displayed that I won 26,542,300 coins. However, my balance only increased from 206,954,556,176 to 206,963,105,766. This is an increase of 8,549,590 coins, which is significantly lower than the amount shown.
Here are the exact numbers:
- Displayed win: 26,542,300
- Actual increase: 8,549,590
- Missing coins: 17,992,710

- Starting balance: **206,981,228,278**
- Minus game fee: **20,000,000**
- Balance after paying fee: **206,961,228,278**
- Plus winnings: **20,534,700**
- Expected final balance: **206,981,762,978**
Your actual balance is **206,971,564,468**.
So the difference is:

ONCE YOU TAKE THE 2OM FROM MY ACTUAL COIN 206,981,228,278 MY BALANCE DROPS TO 206,961,228,278 MY WINNING BAL IS 20,534,700 MISSED BY ONE CARD, my coin is now 206,971,564,468 appears to be a discrepancy of $10,198,510
1. Starting balance: **206,961,228,278**
2. Winnings: **20,534,700**
3. **Expected balance:** **206,981,762,978 was there another ded of 10,198,510 in coins?**
