Good Afternoon, I tried putting this exact code into my redeem code section, and It indicates code is UNKNOWN COUPON :thinking: and idea, why this is ocurring, tried the code 3 times same message???

Verified code is correct , same as what you have listed above. TY for any input…

Try this new GEM code, it looks crazy but it worked for me.

D397-41F5–7074-A1-A1-D11D (TWO dashes between 41F5 and 7074)

Expires 01/19/26

If I see a replacement I’ll let you know, GL with this! :star:

@BeckyB3 The dash between 41F5 and 7074 is a different dash, so if you replace that one it should work. It worked for me!

for the record everyone you dont need to use the dash’s at all, just input the numbers and letters it works perfect. they only do the dashes to help you input the numbers in increments of 4, but you dont have to put the dashes in for the code to work, the numbers and letters alone will suffice
