why was gift cards for payment to buy gems removed from the site?

Gift cards are an option under the payment type. Openbucks, Dollar General, and CVS. They have not been removed (Dollar General was working on their cards for a brief time, but they are back up)

When i go into payments the option for gift cards have been removed. Both on facebook and online.

It keeps saying something about a paysafecard, what does that mean? I want to use a CVS gift card
