hi, vicki

thanks for sharing your concerns

did you check settings to make sure you’re allowing whispers with everyone

or did you try commenting on your bio to assure that you’re not chat banned

Try refreshing, or if that doesn’t work do a restart on your computer. That usually works for me.

Site allow all functions but “chat disasbled” every day wna will not work

You need to click “Submit a request” at the top of the screen to contact Customer Service. Account details like using chat is not a topic we discuss on the forum.
