# Screen Freezes Clicking VW Logo

Navigating to email, clicked the VW logo. Website freezes. [07/20/2026 @ 3:30 PM]

Anyone else having this issue?

I’m also having this issue. When trying to open my profile, the screen freezes. Here’s what the console call stack says (if any developers are reading this)

Follow up for anyone:

If you get a new email/notification (like going to a party and getting charms) that does fix the issue. Still annoying that there has to be a workaround for that to work.

It is update day, so this can cause some loading issues. We’ve let our teams know about the current loading issues, but the update should be done soon.
