I have had an account for years and still do. Cannot log in nor open another account says u already have my email. Reset password?

with that, have you tried the “forgot password” option or “email magic link” on login page

from my understanding, you can verify account by entering a working email for you through settings

if you have any other concerns, please submit a request as shown on top right corner for staff to further assist
