Hello. Crew leader here.
I’ve non-stop gotten many questions and messages from my friends regarding the same idea; “I can’t see myself on the crew leaderboard. I want to know how many parties I’ve attended so far and I want to know how well I’m doing along with the rest of the members”
The problem is that we can only see the top 5 contributors. My crew is near full capacity with like 23-24 members, meaning that 19 out of the 24 players cannot see how they’re performing regarding their contribution towards the milestones/checkpoints. As I mentioned earlier, adding this provides many benefits.

Crew leaders can see who’s actively participating and who isn’t. This allows us to increase crew performance by making sure everyone does their fair share, which includes (but is not limited to) kicking inactive players from the group or friendly reminding them that the crews are a team effort and that they need to perform their fair share.

Every player is now able to see how they’re performing relative to everyone else. If a player isn’t in the top 5, they have no idea how many parties they’ve attended, because manually keeping track of every party attended isn’t something that people are doing. Adding a scrollable leaderboard will allow every player to see how well they’re performing.

Showing everyone who contributes towards the goal gives a more “fair” form of recognition. Let’s assume everyone went to the same amount of parties. It’s not fair for 6th-25th place to do their fair share but then not be recognized for it, due to the fact that it only shows the top 5. I’d be disappointed if I did my part for the group, only for my contribution to be invisible to the rest of my crew simply because I placed 6th.
Honorable mention: A scrollable leaderboard could also encourage more participation by allowing members to see the person immediately above them and work toward passing them. With only the top 5 visible, members outside that range have no way of knowing where they stand or how close they are to moving up. Players may be more motivated to keep participating when they can see that they’re only a few parties behind the person ahead of them.
