Cannot use party passes...only "free" and "gems" can be used?

I can seem to use my “party passes”. Only

or you may try help chat under ‘ask for help’ if you have vip, under same ‘get help’ options where you found this forum to see if staff is available

If you are talking about “paying” to go to parties, the system will use your party passes to gain entrance into charm parties. If you use all your party passes, then the system will use gems to gain entry to a party. So, as long as you have party passes they will be used first to get in charm parties and not gems. Hope this helps.
