An update was released today to set the Charm Manager to save your sort preference.

With the next update on December 8, 2025, previously equipped Charms will appear at the top of the Charm Manager. Used up Standard Charms will show at the bottom of the Charm Manager.

If you prefer the original view, the Clovers: High to Low option functions the same way as before.

VW wants us to delete our old used charms! I just did it and it makes the site workable. Still liked the old better

Hi Samantha. Will the December 8th update also change it back to where it allows you to easily select one charm to use during slots? I used to be able to click on a particular charm the number I wanted to use and it would load them. That no longer happens and it is a pure pain to load the charms you want to use. PLEASE look into this - it truly needs to be fixed or provide the player the option to revert back to the old system that allowed you to easily load and play with the charms you wanted to. Thank you.

I do not like the NEW CHARM ORDER. The OLD way worked Perfect for Me.

I knew which charms I wanted to use.

WTG V Wā€¦ With your newest BLUNDER on the Charm Box! Instead of sitting here trying to find and load the charms I want and wasting time, I will not only be on here as much but I will save $$$ also.

Oh and by the way - I DIDNā€™T ASK FOR THIS CHANGE ! ! !

what possible use is there for USED CHARM images to show - slows CHARM selection nothing wrong with ā€oldā€ format remember if it ainā€™t broke ā€“ donā€™t fix it

I really like the charm format. Still trying to get used to it though. But thank you VW for working to make things better for us.

there should be a button you can hit to sell off the used old charms that remain in your charm boxā€¦ Dont find a need to hang onto these charms once the coins have been depletedā€¦ There are More important issues that need fixing . re organization of our charm box was not an issue.

Diamond_girl_XOX, you can sell you charms that are used up or you can revive them by adding gems. CLick on the old ones that appear darker and the option will come up for you to sell them for a whole 100 gems, LOL

@cyclamen, the used charms continue to show in your charm manager until you either sell them or revive them. Click on one of them and it will show you how to revive with additional gems, or sell for 100 gems.

Gems? When I sell used charms I am only offered 100 coins. Are only

I just sell them as I use them up; I donā€™t let them accumulate then I donā€™t have to worry about them.

I think she means coin, never seen gems offered upon selling used charms-unless of course this is something totally new. Still hoping for an easier solution to selling all my used charms as I dont feel like going thru ea one individually.

WE need multi select capability, bulk state handling, making multiple items as to Sell. We already have select boxes, need possibly a SELECT ALL OPTION to sell multiple used charms at once. Once charm is sold, you no longer have capability to retrieve sold charm/s. This should prevent duplication or exploits.
