The upgrade to our charms selection just does not work! We will have to search the whole page to use what we have. Bad Idea!

Please undo this new charm page layout. It mixes usable charms with expired charms. The old layout was fine. However, if you are trying to add features please maintain a legacy layout for those who may not like the “improvement”.

Yes, what a mess the charm layout, I click for on clovers: highest to low and it take me back to Newest First, plus the layoff is terrible.

I just stopped playing solitaire because of the change. I would lay my charms out in the order I wanted. Now I have to chase after the charms. Change sometimes is good. Messing with the charms was not a good idea.

Charm set up is BAD. Put it back to the old way! This was done by VW employees who do NOT play.

What a mess the new charm layout is, then on top of the upgrade all my beer have disappear, had over 300 beers, along with some other charms, i was told charms don’t disappear, well mind did.

It has all been said. The new charm page is a mess…sold all my expired ones to get rid of them set page for highest first…keeps reverting back to the old. newest first.

I suspect most people want to see their ACTIVE charms in clover order - I know I do. Why do I want to wade through a mess of expired charms that I will never use? I had to sell back a lot of dead charms just to be able to see my active charms. Why did you fix something that wasn’t broken? Such a mess!

How many customers actually asked for this?!?! Seems we have been asking to alphabetize our closets for a lot longer not to mention a NEW SUITE!!. Still waiting on that new suite after 3 years!! SMH

new charm page is terrible. Whoever came up with this program should be shown the door. Please return the charm page back to what it was.

My issue with the charm menu has to do with changing the order. The order defaults to “Newest First” which I change to “Clovers: High to Low”. I expect the user set order will remain. However, leaving the page and returning resets the order back to “Newest First”. Please correct this and make the user’s change persistent.

And i had thought the worst thing you did was mess with Fringo, but the charm order disarray is way worse. At least make a separate list for used charms.

To bad VW doesn’t listen to or ask Real players what improvements they would like for this site. And YES this New Charm arrangement is TERRIBLE !

Please return to the old charm order. This new order & crazy. Especially since you have to change it each time you go into your charms.
