please be wary that any player who has pure white hair (not the light blue one for vip) as base color (so not the color that is offered by store) are violating game policy by using hacking codes using a cheat engine
hopefully, vw may add the colour to prevent this from continuing to happen and be fair to other players who don’t try to hack and misuse online game system
so just be wary (who knows how cheat engine is also being used by these players), have fun and stay safe

if there are other ways players are accessing colour not offered by game that is somehow permitted, i don’t know about that
even so, please note if you are reported, it’s not out of spite but for staff to assure nothing is against code of conduct or integrity of game especially for safety of other players since not everyone has best intentions with those sort of software hacks
