Why I’m losing connection when play?

sometimes i lose connection when i havent refreshed in a very very long time and then i try to enter a social room. other times, my internet will occasionally turn off. you can also lose connection from being inactive for a certain period of time.
if it happens often, its probably something related to your device. its not normal to constantly lose connection.
