how do you win a double jackpot

Welcome to this community, Charleigh24 when says a big mega win, that is a sort of a jackpot, cause the slots have no jackpot, what is on top of that game is adding how mush there is played, that is what i think, maybe i am wrong, and for this i am sorry 
There is no Double Jackpot as far as I’m aware. Each slot + bet size has a its own Jackpot amount specified in the Pay table of that slot if you match 5 Jackpot pieces. In case you’re playing at max bet and get said Jackpot, then you’d win the Progressive Jackpot instead(the amount at top of the slot, if it’s bigger than default amount in Pay Table). You can only win one Jackpot per spin.

I agree with what you are saying and that is what is said in this section; however, look at the profile page for Chris H71Spirit1. Also look at his pics. He has jackpots in the order of the jackpot as shown in the pay table, second one on the bottom of Relic to Riches. He placed max bet of 10 million high roller. But he didn’t get paid for it. What do you think happened?
