Why can’t I get in to my site as a member, and my wife has tried as a visitor

First Hi Robert2692 welcome to the community, Did you tried the name of this to log in, and copy paste it so you’re not losing the site? and your lady tried as a visitor means that she have to start over again, from below, like a new member, Ty ,

Yes, that’s how I got to you. My saved site is on Firefox, this time Chrome. Neither worked beyond Vegas World logo.

Did that, and that’s how the email communication started. By the way, I loaded Vegas on chrome, left the icon page up,and it is still there, no shut down after a period of non action…
