Since the Jan 21st update (when we received the New Year theme) I go to my friends list. I seem to freeze up. I have to reboot out of the game. It doesn’t happen all the time. But it’s annoying. It has happened with Edge, Google and even on my phone. It has also happened to several of my friends. I cleared my cookies and cache. I hope VW will check into this. Thank you.

HEY!!! Join the club! AND … since I send ty’s & prizes peeps have won? I’m having to reboot at least 10 times a day. Very frustrating VW … fix it! hahhahahahahah, perhaps by NEXT Jan.?

I have the same problem tried everything, I went thru all the steps with VW- Kittens of Doom, she was Wonderful in assisting, unfortunately I am still not able to go to friends list . I am unable to rectify this situation . If I try to pull up a friend, I also freeze. Have to reboot.

everytime vw does an update or adds new fits , new pets etc .. I have issues….. Is there anyway VW can put me on a different Server?
I delete cookies, refresh , Hard boot, you name it I have done it all.

I have had several friends tell me they are having the same issue. Looking at a friend list and freezing up. They saw my post here and they all agree it started with the Jan 21st update. Please Samantha pass this along. Thank you for listening.

maybe @Samantha can help, @Samantha did you know almost everytime we go to someones friends list we freeze up now, happens to a lot and just started last updates

I JUST GOT BOOTED 3 TIMES WHEN GOING TO FRIENDS LISTS TO SEND EVENING PRIZES? IT’S GETTING FRUSTRATINGLY RIDCULOUS!! CAN’T YOU DO SOMETHING??

We’ve tried testing for this issue and haven’t experienced the freezing with friends lists. Because of this, we can only recommend troubleshooting steps:

Partial migration of the friends list loader and UI can lead to freezing, loading failures. Can you pls have them look at the UI and Loader code ? . we had no issues prior to Jan 21 during that update.. I am still having issues, no matter how many times I hardboot, followed all necessary steps , no resolve.

Im hard wired in , with wifi, no issues on my end-seems everytime vw does updating say new fits , new pets, you name it… I have issues… cleared cookies, changed browsers, cleared cache, hardbooted suspect was thought hardware video card ( no issue there) hardware acceleration (no issue) checked GPU and graphic …Hooked up another new computer, same issues. no resolve as of yet…Issue still unresolved. Seems like more peeps having same issues… Hoping VW figures out our problem.. TY

Still happens … I’m not buying connection issues.
Few years ago, we had an issue with our inbox. Freezing up also. Issue was fixed at an update.
Same issue Mrs Baker, its not a connection issue whatsoever… and its not on our end either… I am still having the same issues, I have tried it all, and NOOOOOOOOOOOO rebooting DOES NOT HELP!!! When ever there is an update of any kind I have issues. Pls trans me to a server that works properly. I have worked with VW team to resolve this issue, NOTHING works, tried hooking up another new computer same issues , I am hard wired into system and have wifi- checked with my internet service, no issues there. several of us have this issue and we dont even live in same location so thats not the prob.. I wonder if were all on the same server… This was not an issue prior to jan 21.

I have put in another req to have vw take another look at this issue and hope there is some resolution once and forall.. its been a month almost since the issue surfaced. ITS not on our end !!!
Almost a month and I have this same issue. I fear come March when new fits are added;
Yesterday Feb 18, I had issues logging into system took a half hr to get back in, appears new charms were added for St Patricks day and a Motorcycle was added to the gift section. Please can someone tell me WHY I have issues whenever VW adds things to their system, Can I BE on a diff server.??? I can always tell when VW does some addition… grrrrrrrrrrr
