I am sick of not seeing any winning players when playing bingo. This seems to be a regular thing most times I play. Is there a reason for it, or are you just trying to pee players off, because I think that is exactly what you are doing.

this does sound confusing

you can still submit a request as shown in top right corner for staff to follow up via email, even so i also look forward to hearing their response here since i’m not sure either

I’m not sure what this grievance is about, because I play bingo often & the 1st 16 winners do “pop up’‘ on the side bar. If you’re still interested to see if a player won, as soon as the next game pops up, you may scroll by the icons below to see the players list that won! I use it often. Hope this clarifies it a bit for you. GL!

You’re very welcome! After reviewing, I do recall at times, the sidebar is blank, but still at end-of-game, you may scroll through the winners list. Not sure on the silver screen. Hagd !!
