I cannot load this game. It was extremely slow and someone recommended clearing my cache, so I did so… now it will not load. I keep getting a screen that says:

Hello is there anybody there. I’ve sent help requests for 2 days now and no response WTF. We have been using this site for close to if not over 10 years now HELLO
It’s the weekend. Vegas World’s support hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM, Pacific Standard Time. I’m more than sure a staff member will get to your Help Ticket tomorrow (Monday).

Did you check your email? Lots of requests being sent to VW, they are probably very busy trying to solve the problem everyone is having.
Me too this is crazy
VW is aware of the issues and are working and fast as they can to get them resolved. Hang in there. I’ve noticed a great improvement today. Hugs
