approx. one third of my blackjacks result in a “blackjack error”, I get booted out…and do NOT get paid. What gives?

thanks for sharing your concerns regarding blackjack

it can definitely be frustrating when game coincidentally has house wins in a way that is almost impossible in real and as you shared, some how game inconveniently disconnects when you may have the upper hand

samantha has created and commonly shares following article on connection issues for players to try to resolve on their end as staff consider feedback to improve their software also (since no one should have to do all the steps so many times for a game to be functional)- Loss of Connection Suggestions

with that, please feel free to submit a request in top right corner to get staff support as unless something changed, players get at least 20 chances to be refunded if there are connection issues or disruption during a game

Thanks for nothing…this has been going on for months and all you can say is…basically “tough luck”…them’s the breaks. Thanks a lot

Cupid4, your response was rude in my opinion. Miss _Margherita was simply trying to be helpful. this is a safe place. We all should be able to post without rude comments.

I did not go to “support” to gain your approval. I had a problem which is not resolved. by the way…I have been here 6 years…and am not a rude person…I do expect assistance from “:support” when there is a problem…not platitudes. I will not likely try again. you have a good day BeckyB3…

your feelings are valid as it can be frustrating to be a loyal customer of game and not get the assistance you’re looking for
