My vw account has been lost. help me

My computer died. with my new computer , my acct with vw has been altered. I have lost my 74BILLION credits. My real name is puddin438..please restore my original membership. my new email address is
please help me. I have logged in for 2650days. I wish to be reinstated not given a new acct

@Puddin4381 you should probably submit a help ticket and let the staff look into it, if that doesnt work try calling their customer support number at 1-877-356-9752

@Puddin4381 i would check with flowplay first to make sure your account has not been deactivated for any reason, once you know your account is in good standing then find your email and corresponding pw and sign in. if your still having problems reset your pw but you will have to have your email for flowplay to send you the link to change your pw good luck hun
