Hi. I can not chat anyone. Also, when I try to mail a FRIEND, it says they are blocking me (how can that be if we’re friends…) What is going on?? I am level 3 if that has any issue….

when this happens, it could be a possible permanent or temporary chat ban due to reports by other players or simply being filtered too many times
level 8 is when filter is alleviated
meanwhile, you may submit a ticket via “submit a request” on top right corner to have a staff member investigate and resolve further

Do you not get notified of chat bans?? They just ban you? I did absolutely nothing wrong…

i also think vegasworld could do better by notifying player in profile messages also
with that, i think a player once said they send your email for account a notification for reason
if not, i’d follow up and submit a ticket
