@Kangaroo_Jack welcome to the community! I think instead of free games you are talking about free spins. That seems like a good payout for free spins. This is what I have found. Different games pay out differently for different people. Maybe trying another game would give better results. Just keep playing until you find the game/games that pay best for you.
Secondly, winning at slots is a balancing act between your bets and the charms you have. Large bets require you use adequate charms-those in the four, five, and six clover family of charm. If you are not winning with your bet you either need to lower your bet or use higher level charms. Small charms. like one clover pay out only for very low bets. I hope this helps.

Been here 2.75 years or so and the payouts are getting worse and worse especially at slots, and charm parties. Very discouraging, isn’t it?
