Took me 1/2 hour to sign in! Fringo won’t load. Everything else is lagging BIG time! This is ridiculous. VG you need yo upgrade your hardware to handle thousand of players. I’m tired of getting this message every time I sign in. VG should have NEVER been sold!!! After 1hr and 15minute. Trying to sign in and Fringo not coming up, I’m out I f here!
Yes, same Major issues, diff to get onto site, issues loading, indicates service failure, socket issues, connections closed, spent a good part of this morning trying to figure out if it was me, and I have come to the conclusion its VW- I was prev told that it was my browser.. I cant get into my suite most often, this has been an ongoing issue since the onset of new items recently posted for November. ( sounds crazy but its true)!!! Everytime VW updates with new outfits, I seem to have issues signing into the system… I know its not my computer , its only a YR old. This was incorrect info provided to me when incident first occurred. . I certainly Hope VW resolves this issue ASAP…Appears VW needs to update their servers. Lets hope VW can resolve this issue ASAP….
@DIAMOND_GIRL_XOX VW is aware of the issue and are working very hard to get things working for us as fast as they can. They’ve strived so hard to give us the things we want, let’s be patient while they get the issues resolved. Hang in there. Hugs
TY Becky, I was speaking to ADMIN … YOUR COMMENT IS NOT NECESSARY, let VW handle my questions in the future….
further more, I currently still have issues, I am working with Admin to resolve my computer issues. I have taken this matter up with Samantha. Will be in contact with Admin in December as I am currently maintaining a LOG of my issues, which will then be presented to a Tech for further Analysis.

How do you know what there work schedule is? And do you think we don’t need to report issues? Are you working for Vegas World now?

This is a community site for input from all members. I was trying to be helpful. The best way to contact VW is to use “Submit a request” in the top right hand corner. I will continue to be a part of this community until VW tells me not to.
I “was” beyond this point of submitting a request and contacting Admin I am dealing with Admin only…Admin supersede’s….. Thanks for your input. Happy Thanksgiving everyone, Gobble til you Wobble!!
