Where are the VIP Gifts I sent and also ones sent to me?

I sent 2 VIP gifts to 2 different accounts and NEITHER has shown up but the gems were deleted. I was also suppose to get 2vip gifts that also have not shown up. Once again the gems were deleted. STILL WAITING.

Complete a Submit a request for this and customer service should be able to help

I was sent 2 CODES for gifts and Gems but deleted them by mistake now Iā€™m trying to find out where I can undelete the Codes because I now know where to enter them but I cannot find them in trash.

Can somebody please help me out recover it so I am trying but given up ?

Dear Lucky when you go to your page , there is a button say redeem , that is for those codes , the gems and the con code , !!
