Can't make "chat " button go away

Had whisper chat. cannot make chat button stay gone. whenever hit send button (above Party charms) the chat button comes back. will not stay away click off comes back

thanks for sharing your concerns

if i am understanding you correctly, when you have party charms open to gift charms and the chat opens up, to close it, try clicking anywhere on the side chat bar and it should close up then

if i misunderstood your issue, please submit a request shown in top right corner to get staff assistance

there is no issue with chat button. Just me being dummy- so sorry to bother. Thank you for trying to help.
