Simply go to where you buy your gems buy clicking the BUY tab top right corner of your web page
you should see it next to your gem total top right of page

Thanks for the screen shot. Of course, being from Wahington, i only get a blank screen,and of course no gem. (Not blaming VW, it is my state)
