Hi, I went to make a purchase of 19.99 for gems yesterday, and it didn’t credit the gems. So, I rebooted and tried again and it worked. However, I am out 19.99 for a purchase that didn’t work. Please credit the gems or the money. Thanks!!! Cyndi
