How do I "claim winnings" in Sportsbook?

I received an email urging me to go to Sportsbook and “claim your winnings”. I went there, but saw no way to do so.

Help?

All Sports Book wagers pay out the next time you enter the Sports Book room after the game or event results have been posted. If you don’t get back to the Sports Book room, winnings are paid out automatically after 72 hours.

Okay, so I went to Sportsbook on Monday, after the event was over, and it automatically paid out, right?

So the email to go and “claim my winnings” was auto-generated, and not up to speed.

That is correct. You’ll always get a reminder in your Inbox about winnings, and the payout is received when you go to Sportsbook.
