@ Samantha. Gary_44 has tried everything. He has put in tickets with VW. He has also lost Gary_44_LOL now too. He has tried and tried and tried. He has tried chat, he has tried tickets, but nothing seems to work so he started all over from scratch. He is GAR757. Please please please escalate this request up the management chain to give his coins, charms gems, outfits to him as GAR757 from the other accounts he created. And move him to the Level and Suite he was in. Please join all the accounts. He is elderly and doesn’t know how to navigate the computer jungle. But he spends lots of money here. Please look and see and help him.
