Not sure what you are indicating as a “credit” to your next level. I will say, sometimes it is very hard to move up a level. The higher your level, the harder it gets. You can look on your profile and it will show how much more you need to reach the next level.

I am at level 60 and i have1949 credits of8289140 for the next level and 1949 credits have not changed in 4months ? what is the problem, please explain

I think you should contact VW directly through “Submit a request” in the upper right hand corner.

Level 60 is the max level you can reach in Vegas World. You would have stopped seeing progress toward the next level once you reached level 60.
