This is the worst I’ve seen here and your people on chat help keep saying it is everyone’s computers is just insulting to most of us. Taking the site down for the repairs if needed would be better than this. Do you think people will buy gems when you can’t get on, and when you do you have so much trouble loading loading loading reload it’s ridiculous to say the least. I’m sure you’ve lost players already but the ones that are sticking with VW needs to know when we can come back and enjoy the site again. If not, then close it down. Never have I seen such as this not with any other game sites. This has been going on for days if not weeks really. I noticed the lag and the uncontrolled spins in slots and hoped it would be fixed but nope just got worse. We have friendships on here but oh well it’s just a game site right? You can sure send out gifts to everyone when you want to, why not send a message to everyone saying when the issues will be resolved and make it a priority?

@Steffie_00 VW is aware of the issues and is working as quickly as they can to resolve the problems. I’m sure they appreciate that us true long term VW’ers are ready to get back with out friends, got to our parties, and play games. Hang in there!!! They are working on it and it is much, much better today. Good Luck
