Why do I have to RELOAD so many times just to get in. Also terrible lag time. Worst today, but been going on for this past week.

VW is aware of the problems and are working diligently and quickly to restore the site for us. Hang in there. Much better today and only getting better. Good Luck

Troubleshooting just isn’t working. Quite a few of us have ‘been there, done that’, and it still persists.

it has been a couple of weeks now and all games just stop (time out) no error code says reload page poker is the worst can not even get through 2 rounds ,anyone have another poker site that works I have been on VW with out missing a day for over 2500 days but now looking for a site that works

I havent had this issue recently. What I do find is your about to win, example: solitare ( lilly pad) all of a sudden, the system gives you an error code- for no reason 
. I find deleting cookies on a daily bases and HARD BOOTING YOUR SYSTEM seems to help temporarily. Doesnt seem to resolve the issue fully… Best of luck…

I’ve been with VW for 12 years, it’s running the worst I’ve ever see. I pay and n. Tired of reloading pages. I pay the Elite membership and getting tired of all of this. This has been happening for months. Please fix it or I will quit and save money.

I was using Microsoft Edge as my browser. I changed to Google Chrome and these issues decreased dramatically. Maybe just changing browsers now and then helps, along with doing regular total restarts (not just refresh), and clean out your history.
I have 3 browsers Edge, Chrome and Duck duck go. Cleaning them does not help. I shouldn’t have to do this every day. This problem started a long time ago and I’m not the only one having to constantly clean when we didn’t have to in the past. From others that I read

Still have same prob CC since Jan 21, no one seems to know wth is wrong, sent numerous req, no resolve since. I have tried to resolve this issue since it was first brought to light. I have done the browsers, you name it I HAVE DONE IT ALL!!! none of which works…

No one seems to know how to fix the problem.
These are simple fixes ( clearing cache, browser chg,clear cookies - hardboot etc) . Error, freezing, not loading etc.
Freezes, green wall of death, reloads, error codes maybe a symptom of server or game code instability, not our computers. ???
