site runs but stops then says reload??? in all poker games

Computer, browsers all up to date. Still getting the reload window on Fringo, Bingo, Solitaire. Getting discouraged and ready to find another gaming website. I have been on this one for over 10 years, this constant problem is terrible. We need a permanent fix please.
