Our business hours are Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM PST. If you were calling outside of those hours, the call would not go through.

I was calling continuously from 10AM - 6PM CST within Ur timeframe & it was busy. I missed sending my friend GEMS yesterday because I could NO get to YOU to ask what I was doing WRONG. It was probably my misunderstanding of your instructions which I kept rereading & it just wasn’t working the way I was understanding them.

I passed this info along for you. Do you see upper right corner SUBMIT A REQUEST- complete that form- indicate what your issue is once completed , hit send- Admin is really quick in handling a response. come back in later or a day or two and see what they indicate. As far as I know, you cannot take gems from yourself and pass a few onto others. The only option I know of is to purchase a pkg of gems for your friend- they indicate the cost and how many gems that person will receive. Im sure admin will advise accordingly… Good Luck Grandmabee. TY, that is basically how I wound up handling MY misunderstanding of what I thought was going to happen & what was really intended. I appreciate your help ALWAYS but I will keep getting confused so not to worry! I’m not shy about submitting help request even though most of the time I’m wrong, lol.
Been working on my closet for the past few days & was hoping I could get some help with that, LIKE a CLOSET Organizer??? know anyone,lol. There has to be a better way to match up Removing items from the Wish list & accepting them from the mail thing! Plus I have so many things I didn’t Save at the beginning, (I wasn’t sure what I was reading was correct so I did nothing. Except a friend told me to put a bunch of Coinage type items on the Wishlist so it kept getting bigger & she kept sending outfits (like 50 at a time). I’ve had 3 different people send me at least 50 - 100 outfits at a time. While trying to figure out what to do I sold a bunch of stuff & made some coinage on the Duplicates but I still have a mess I’m trying to clean up.
I’ve tried to tell (SUGGEST) VW to Alphabetize the Wishlist so I could figure out that part of the puzzle but can’t seem to say it clear enough.

Been asking for closet organization for awhile myself. diff- color code options would be of help- or even a category section- or how about a seasonal section- xmas, easter- summer
etc… At this time we have no organization unfortunately.. Maybe one day we may???
