I bought somes gems on 6/27 under Betty04 should have been applied to account Betty9. Please change

I suggest you use the “Submit a request” in the right upper corner, or even better under “Help” choose “Ask a question” and see if the concierge can help you with this mistake. Good luck and welcome to the group.
