treasure box will not open?

Try refreshing Vegas World, and then try opening the Treasure Box again.
It is your job to fix the problem of treasure boxes not opening. You think we are just supposed to not say anything, but you should fix the problems., Thank you!!!
After I collect my Treasure Box bonus and the screen appears to select the next time period, the only thing I can do is refresh/restart Vegas World. The same thing has happened 3 times this morning. Any help will be greatly apprciated.
