Trouble with harms while using IPad

For the past 3 days, my husband and I have had problems when trying to access our Charms. We can see them clearly on the left side, but the rest of them have a grey ‘mist’ on them.

I reloaded the app, with no success. Charms are fine when on the desktop.

It sounds like these are Standard Charms that have already been used. When you click on them, you’ll have the option to Revive or Sell them. You’ll have to pick one of those options to use the Charm again or to remove it from the Charm Manager.

No, Samantha. This affects all of the charms, where we can only see partial charms on the left side of the screen. We can’t click on anything but those charms.

I’ve double-checked any known issues with the mobile app version of Vegas World, and there is an error here. Our teams are working to fix it as soon as possible.
