My charms from charm party vanished when entering a game. Same as charms from treasure box vanish.

I had two 500 gem crown charm disappear after the party. I don’t know what to do. VW will tell you that can’t happen and to refresh or restart your computer. Good Luck!

This morning, when I logged in, I had 4 charms in the sidebar on the right. In a matter of a few seconds, the blue racecar just disappeared, and I was left with 3. I have witnessed this phenomenon before. Once, I was just standing in a room doing nothing when I saw one disappear. When it first happened, back when we had the diamond heist charm, btw, my favorite charm, so I hope you bring it back, I chatted with tech. support, and the first thing they said to me was, “Not this again.” So, it must be a recurring problem.
I just hope to alert the staff so they can fix this bug or secret tax.
