I can sign in to fb, ytube etc etc for years without getting booted. Until I clear my browser cache. VW is intolerant …if I take a short break it boots me off the site. Why? What is wrong with stepping away for 10 minutes? VW punishes me for taking a break by making me sign in again an again every time I step away from the pc. WHY??? I was about to buy gems and while I was going about the process, VW booted me off for being too slow, resulting in me not buying gems. FIX IT!

Lots of games have disconnecting from idle/inactivity as a thing, so that’s not weird. What IS is why switching to a tab on the same browser counts for that and stops slots from spinning because NO OTHER game does anything similar - at worst, they would only cut the music out.
I have to agree, during Black jack seen many players idle and afk, yet remain in game for extended periods of time . Me if i miss 3 hands of bj for any reason Im booted to the casino. If they are AFK, — not interacting or participating in this game at all -yet remain for extended periods of time, never get booted??? if AFK your not even on the keyboard- not sure how you can be interacting with the game? Can someone explain this to me/us… TY

I was booted again today for taking a break. No AFK just booted to the sign in page. My reaction was to just go play games somewhere else. To me VW does not care if I play games here. No other site boots it’s clients out. Will VW explain why? I doubt it.
I don’t think it is anything VW is doing. I believe it is how you have your power settings set on your computer as it gives you choices of how long it will stay awake.
I don’t have a problem with this.
If you’re at an active/multiplayer game (poker, bj, 3 card poker, etc.) and you go AFK, you should expect to be kicked from that table/lobby.
Otherwise, the game should only disconnect you if you’re inactive for like 60 minutes. I’ve been away for a few hours and came back to a “You’ve been disconnected due to you being inactive for 60 minutes” message, and I have to refresh the page. That’s it. I’ve never had the game boot me for being too slow.
Perhaps you could send a video recording of you going through your normal VW activites and then VW booting you out of nowhere? This will probably help clarify the issue.
I have seen peeps in BJ, who are either AFK, who remain in the room for long periods of time- nothing happens to them, they remain in the game yet are not playing BJ at all… I can tell you if I miss 3 hands just to grab a water your booted to the Casino. AS for 60 min, system will disconnect you The Green wall of Death in this instance you will have to sign back in…Not sure why rules seem to be diff for some peeps???
